Reserve your date
A signed service agreement and 25% nonrefundable reservation retainer secure the booking. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event.
We run the event
We arrive early, build and calibrate the setup, operate the competition and leaderboard, announce the winner, and tear everything down.
Important details
How much space is required?
The primary simulator enclosure is approximately 12 feet wide by 16 feet deep by 10 feet tall. Indoor venues require at least 12 feet of unobstructed ceiling clearance throughout the hitting area. We verify the final venue layout before confirming.
Do guests need golf experience?
No. We select approachable formats and guide each person through their turn.
What do you provide?
The simulator, enclosure, projection system, launch monitor, clubs, balls, flooring, audio system, leaderboard display, a trained event operator, setup, and teardown.
Where do you travel?
Travel within 25 road miles of Indianapolis is included. Events beyond that area can be quoted.
How early should we book?
Three to four weeks is recommended for most events. Corporate events and trade shows should book six to eight weeks ahead when possible.
