A signed service agreement and 25% nonrefundable reservation retainer secure the booking. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event.

The primary simulator enclosure is approximately 12 feet wide by 16 feet deep by 10 feet tall. Indoor venues require at least 12 feet of unobstructed ceiling clearance throughout the hitting area. We verify the final venue layout before confirming.

Travel within 25 road miles of Indianapolis is included. Events beyond that area can be quoted.
Three to four weeks is recommended for most events. Corporate events and trade shows should book six to eight weeks ahead when possible.
